Thadd has been active with film and television production since 1991 as a producer, director, screenwriter, production coordinator, and actor.  He won the 2010 and 2007 Western Heritage Awards for the History Channel series Cowboys and Outlaws: The Real Wyatt Earp and the motion picture Truce; and won the 2006 Spur Award for the family faith film Miracle at Sage Creek starring the late David Carradine.  Thadd has strong relationships with several film distribution companies and studios, including Sony, Lionsgate, Universal, Fox, Marvista Entertainment and Image International, and dozens of film producers and talent agencies throughout the U.S. and other countries.  He has several feature films in active production or development under the Talmarc Productions LLC banner, including family value Buttermilk Sky, Palominas, Bloody Knuckles, The Adobe Castle, Gold Run, Lottie Deno, Johnny Kidd, and The Hard Ride.  Thadd is a member of the Writers Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild and Western Writers of America.  He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for the past 27 years specializing in commercial development, financing and acquisitions.  He holds a real estate broker license in the states of New Mexico and California.  Thadd has been responsible for the sale, leasing, development, managing, design and construction of over a dozen commercial properties over this time, including retail shopping centers, mini-market & gas franchises, mix-use commercial, office, hotel, restaurant, and theater chain properties.  He has worked with all types of governmental agencies regarding zoning, annexation, planning, construction, and building permits for national and regional anchor tenants.
